Mission and Vision

Our mission to improve the community through the lives of the individuals and families we have the privilege and honor of serving.

We carry out our mission by providing comprehensive, faith-based, culturally-specific behavioral health services which include but are not limited to:

  • Individual, Family, and Group Counseling;

  • Supportive In-Home & Outpatient Services;

  • Therapeutic Skills Training for Children & Adults and;

  • Community & School-Based Programs.

We have adopted the principle of Imani as the core of our service. Imani is one of the seven principles of Kwanzaa which is derived directly from the Nguzo Saba. Imani means faith in Swahili. It also means to believe with all our hearts in our people, parents, teachers, leaders and the righteous victory of our struggle. We strive to practice this principle at every level of the company and in every area of service by supporting individuals and families to develop and sustain healthy lifestyle choices that lead to a community that nurtures, inspires, heals and uplifts itself.
